Job History

Lee co-founded Fleet Procure in 2016 after experiencing first hand whilst running his own brokerage, the many difficulties managing vehicle availabilities, stock visibility, pricing and order management of the vehicle through to delivery.

As well as previously owning his own brokerage, Lee has worked for Citroen head office in Slough in both new and used vehicle roles. Totalling 22 years in the motor trade and counting.

Job History

Joining Fleet Procure in September 2017, Arron was initially responsible for growing the number of Partners utilising the system for their procurement and order management before becoming a director in 2023.

Before Fleet Procure, Arron worked at a Leasing Broker in the south for 6 years in procurement and administration.

Job History

Lerato joined Fleet Procure in August 2024 to enhance Fleet Procures awareness amongst LeaseCo, OEM and Rental companies around the UK. With her vast experience across LeaseCo and OEM, Lerato has great coverage when it comes to different sectors in the industry.

Previously working for Renault Group for 5 years covering Leasing, Rental and Residual, as well as VAG Group and Novuna (then Hitachi), Lerato has been in the industry for 14 years and counting.

Molly Kelly

Job History

Molly joined Fleet Procure in December 2024. Having successfully worked with a lot of Partners in a previous role, Molly was brought in to assist our Partners across the North, both new and existing, ensuring that the system is being utilised to its full potential, as well as being the go-to for any Partner queries and training requirements.

Molly spent 3 years with Polestar UK before joining Fleet Procure, heading up their UK Broker channel as the brand grew their presence in the UK market.

Rory Harrison

Job History

Rory joined Fleet Procure in July 2023 after 16 years at ALD Automotive. Rory is responsible for our Partners across the Midlands, both new and existing, ensuring that the system is being utilised to its full potential, as well as being the go-to for any Partner queries and training requirements.

Rory spent 16 years at ALD Automotive in various roles, most recent being in Account Management roles with Broker and White Label.

Job History

Faye joined Fleet Procure in January 2025. Having worked with Fleet Procures Partner network at various previous roles, Faye ensures Partners across the South, both new and existing, are utilising Fleet Procure to its full potential, as well as being the go-to for any Partner queries and training requirements.

Job History

Magenta joined Fleet Procure in November 2022, initially working with Arron, managing the day to day and onboarding of new Partners. Now Head of Partner Support managing a team to enhance Partner experience throughout the system.

Before Fleet Procure, Magenta worked for 2x Leasing Brokers in the south in procurement and administration roles.

Kiera Stevens

Job History

Kiera joined Fleet Procure in May 2024, thrown in at the deep end with her first week being Fleet Procure LIVE! Kiera works in the Partner Support Team assisting with Partner queries and ensuring the accuracy of all areas of the system.

Coming from a Leasing Broker in the south, Kiera knows the day to day that our Partners are involved in and can help using her first-hand experience

Jack Hewitt

Job History

Jack joined the growing Partner Support Team in August 2024 to work alongside Kiera on the upkeep of the system as well as continual touch points for both Dealer and Broker Partners to ensure they're getting the most out of the system.

Coming from both a sales and administration background for multiple Brokers in the south, Jack knows the Broker role inside out and uses his experience to best advise and assist the Partners.

Job History

Stacey joined Fleet Procure in July 2024 after spending 20 years at ALD Automotive. Stacey is the go-to for all things StockManager for our Broker, Dealer, OEM and LeaseCo Partners. Maintaining StockManager and utilising the various reports to keep each Partner up to date.

Stacey spent 20 years at ALD Automotive. Having spent the last couple of years in pricing and tactical procurement, Stacey uses her experience to provide quality insight on various campaigns
